Experience Designer, Offline Design

Responsibilities

• Create playbooks and define best practices to uphold quality at scale
• Set and articulate high quality standards and criteria
• Design and prototype new product categories to test hypotheses
• Partner with host community teams to create learning journeys
• Build tools using Claude code and investigate findings via data platforms
• Train internal teams on designing impactful experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align strategies

Requirements

• 12+ years of creative direction, physical experience design, editorial design, or service design
• Proven track record in agencies or in-house at tech companies
• Strong creative direction, taste, and cultural sensibilities
• Ability to drive execution as an individual contributor in fast-paced environments
• Expertise in user-centered design for global audiences
• Proficiency with Figma, Claude code, and GitHub
• Cross-cultural fluency and ability to travel as needed
