Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of product design activities, including UX research, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, and user testing.
• Execute user-centric design practices to conceptualize interfaces and visualize digital experiences.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze qualitative and quantitative user research to identify design opportunities.
• Conduct user testing and qualitative sessions to improve engagement, usability, and affinity.
• Apply and iterate on design guidelines and standards, such as the Chubb Design System.
• Produce adaptive design screens following responsive logic and provide UI implementation support across platforms.
• Use collaborative tools like Figma to illustrate design ideas and connect design strategy to business results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Experience Designer.
• Proven expertise in the full UX/UI lifecycle: research, wireframing, high-fidelity design, and user testing.
• Proficiency in collaborative design tools such as Figma and Mural.
• Strong understanding of design thinking and human-centered design frameworks.
• Experience with responsive design and seamless UI handoff to developers.
• Ability to facilitate design feedback sessions with business leads, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience working in an iterative, Agile environment with an MVP mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in designing both mobile and web applications.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
