Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Support user research efforts to understand user needs, workflows, and pain points through interviews and observations
• Translate user insights into design concepts to improve product experiences
• Create design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and validate solutions
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to refine and iterate on design solutions
• Assist with usability testing, prototype testing, and feedback collection
• Prepare design assets and documentation for development and cross-functional teams
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve solutions
• Partner closely with developers to support feature implementation

Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience in interaction design, UX design, or related fields
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
• Familiarity with design, prototyping, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to qualitative and quantitative user research methods
• Interest in designing for complex systems, enterprise applications, or professional tools
• Experience with or curiosity about Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) workflows
• Background in Architecture, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Design
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative product development processes
