Experience Design Vice President

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design and research strategies for complex projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Lead end-to-end design initiatives by diagramming service flows, designing wireframes, and prototyping interactions for key touchpoints.
• Role-model inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines while mentoring junior designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze market trends and user research data to inform design decisions and optimize experiences across various platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys, including storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Expertise in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines to incorporate diverse perspectives into solutions.
• Advanced technical literacy regarding client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the technology stack.
• Proven experience in B2C design and the ability to lead teams and translate research into actionable designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in design leadership or people management.
• Experience with B2B design, specifically designing for engineering or Developer Portals.
