Experience Design Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, design, and refinement of early childhood experiences across multiple categories, including nutrition, wellbeing, and early stimulation.
• Create comprehensive, age-appropriate content, including activity sequencing, session structures, and required materials.
• Define and refine experience delivery models, including age segmentation, group sizes, and parent-child interaction frameworks.
• Oversee the iterative testing and prototyping of program elements in real environments to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external partners, such as health experts and cultural institutions, to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Incorporate community and parent feedback into design processes to ensure inclusivity, particularly for children of determination.
• Coordinate resource allocation, budgets, and workplans to ensure milestones are met within established timelines.
• Support the development of the Experience Delivery team through identifying training needs and establishing quality assurance protocols.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in early childhood program development and delivery, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience designing programs specifically for children aged 0-3.
• Demonstrated expertise in parent engagement and fostering parent-child bonds.
• Experience collaborating with external partners, research institutions, or community organizations.
• Familiarity with UAE early childhood regulations and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Early Childhood Program Design, Educational Program Development, or Early Childhood Leadership.
• Additional certifications in Inclusive Education or Program Evaluation.
• Hands-on experience in prototyping and refining program content based on user feedback.
