Experience Design Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems, ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation and satisfaction.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to transform raw information into actionable insights for design decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Operate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback and research to continuously improve product offerings.
• Assist in the analysis of market trends and user behavior to contribute to the team's strategic thinking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in user experience design or an equivalent role focused on digital products.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web and mobile.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into functional, visually appealing designs.
• Strong understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies.
• Experience in B2C design and the ability to lead teams and translate research into design solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B design.
• Experience designing for engineering or Developer Portals.
