About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems while ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms.
- Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation and satisfaction.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to transform raw information into actionable insights for design decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
- Operate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback and research to continuously improve the user experience.
- Assist in the analysis of market trends and user behavior to contribute to the team's strategic thinking.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in user experience design or an equivalent role focused on digital products.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
- Proven ability to translate complex research and data into functional, visually appealing designs.
- Strong understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies.
- Experience in B2C design and the ability to lead design initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B design.
- Experience designing for engineering teams or Developer Portals.
