Experience Design Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems while ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation and satisfaction.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to transform raw information into valuable insights that inform design decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Operate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback and research to continuously improve the user experience.
• Assist in the analysis of market trends and user behavior to contribute to the team's strategic thinking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a user experience design or equivalent role focused on digital products and services.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web and mobile.
• Experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable design insights.
• Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies.
• Experience in Consumer B2C design and the ability to lead teams and translate research into designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B design.
• Experience designing for engineering or Developer Portals.
