Experience Design Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems while ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms
• Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs
• Conduct data-driven analyses to transform raw information into actionable insights for design decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines
• Operate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
• Assist in the analysis of market trends, user research, and user behavior to inform strategic thinking

Requirements

• 3+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to digital products and services
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable insights
• Strong understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product design, working across organizations for impactful solutions
• Ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to optimize workflows and drive innovation
• Skilled in product coordination and cross-functional collaboration to help shape business solutions
