Experience Design Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems, ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation and satisfaction.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to transform raw information into actionable insights for design decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Operate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
• Assist in analyzing market trends, user research, and user behavior to contribute to strategic thinking.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to digital products and services.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies.

• Demonstrated experience in product design, creating impactful solutions that evolve beyond legacy experiences.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to optimize workflows and enhance design efficiency.
