About the role
Responsibilities
- Set the tone for a lively, inclusive, and dynamic work culture in the San Francisco office
- Support all aspects of in-person meetings, events, and Reddit engagements
- Ideate, plan, and execute culture-building events for employees
- Assist with in-office catering, food deliveries, and invoice review
- Maintain relationships with landlords, vendors, and internal partners like IT and HR
- Update office documents including Wiki pages, expense reports, and feedback reports
- Act as a liaison to cross-functional partners for local event planning
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in employee experience, engagement, or office management
- Experience in a tech company or founder-led organization preferred
- Strong organizational and creative skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fluid startup environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
