Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for a lively, inclusive, and dynamic work culture in the San Francisco office
• Support all aspects of in-person meetings, events, and Reddit engagements
• Ideate, plan, and execute culture-building events for employees
• Assist with in-office catering, food deliveries, and invoice review
• Maintain relationships with landlords, vendors, and internal partners like IT and HR
• Update office documents including Wiki pages, expense reports, and feedback reports
• Act as a liaison to cross-functional partners for local event planning

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in employee experience, engagement, or office management
• Experience in a tech company or founder-led organization preferred
• Strong organizational and creative skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fluid startup environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
