About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the guest experience at the 515 location on Sunday mornings and during special events
  • Ensure standards are met regarding cleanliness, environment, and Door Holder practices
  • Partner with the 515 Experience Lead to recruit, onboard, and lead Door Holders
  • Create a Door Holder culture aligned with church behaviors, terms, and values
  • Coordinate with other church teams to ensure service congruency
  • Monitor scheduling for Experience, Parking, and Security teams through CONNECT
  • Manage relationships and logistics for off-site parking and shuttles

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in guest experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high initiative
  • Logistically minded with creative and environmental vision
  • Competent in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to establish strong professional relationships with peers and vendors
  • Capacity to connect individuals to a larger cause
