About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the guest experience at the 515 location on Sunday mornings and during special events
- Ensure standards are met regarding cleanliness, environment, and Door Holder practices
- Partner with the 515 Experience Lead to recruit, onboard, and lead Door Holders
- Create a Door Holder culture aligned with church behaviors, terms, and values
- Coordinate with other church teams to ensure service congruency
- Monitor scheduling for Experience, Parking, and Security teams through CONNECT
- Manage relationships and logistics for off-site parking and shuttles
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in guest experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and high initiative
- Logistically minded with creative and environmental vision
- Competent in verbal and written communication
- Ability to establish strong professional relationships with peers and vendors
- Capacity to connect individuals to a larger cause
