Experience Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism to residents and hotel guests, accommodating special requests and resolving inquiries or complaints.
• Welcome, greet, and register guests efficiently while managing check-outs and cash management according to company policy.
• Manage administrative tasks including package handling, mail, faxes, messages, and the organization of various reports and logs.
• Partner with the Leasing Team to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewal activities.
• Direct lobby traffic, maintain communal areas, and provide access to the building for authorized vendors and visitors.
• Collaborate with the community engagement team to assist in executing marketing initiatives and building events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, amenities, and property details to provide accurate recommendations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literacy with the ability to use various software programs.
• Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to multitask and set priorities effectively in a high-speed, dynamic environment.
• Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Residential Services or Hospitality, particularly in a luxury environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• College degree or relevant professional experience.
