About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in administering and management of Crusoe’s corporate travel platform, including system configuration, user support, approval workflows, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to company travel policies by monitoring, addressing, and providing clear guidance of out-of-policy activity
- Serve as the point of contact for travel-related questions, escalations, and urgent travel needs
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Security to align travel practices with budget controls and duty-of-care standards
- Manage relationships with travel vendors and key vendors to ensure smooth operations and competitive pricing
- Track and report on travel spend, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to drive cost efficiency and compliance
- Establish and track key travel program metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and employee communications related to travel policies and processes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing or administering a corporate travel program
- Direct experience working within a corporate travel platform (e.g., Navan, Coupa)
- Experience enforcing travel policies and addressing out-of-policy bookings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Data-oriented mindset with experience tracking spend and identifying savings opportunities
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
