About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage authorized workshops, quotes, and service follow-up
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance
- Handle and manage incidents, breakdowns, and accidents
- Coordinate repairs, payments, and vendor follow-up
- Administer insurance, policies, verifications, fines, and vehicle documentation
- Control fleet usage and policy compliance
- Supervise and audit GPS usage across all units
- Analyze usage, consumption, and vehicle performance reports
- Prepare monthly reports with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage payments and reconciliations with accounting
- Control physical and digital files for each unit
- Follow up on the purchase, registration, and assignment of new units
- Propose operational improvements and preventive actions
Requirements
- Technical degree or high school diploma in Administration, Automotive Mechanics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 to 3 years of experience in vehicle fleet management or logistics
- Experience with GPS and telemetry management
- Experience in workshop and maintenance management
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
