Expeditor

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of goods, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance with project schedules and contractual requirements
• Apply expediting procedures and coordinate with Procurement Engineers on all order matters
• Monitor vendor deliverables and ensure timely submission of documentation to internal stakeholders
• Arrange and coordinate pre-inspection and pre-manufacturing meetings (PIM)
• Ensure vendors meet project Quality Assurance and Control requirements
• Prepare field expediting plans, including vendor visits, third-party inspections, and FAT plans
• Maintain up-to-date material status reports and purchase order registers
• Coordinate with the logistics section to follow up on deliveries until they reach the site

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5–10 years of expediting experience within EPC projects
• Proven experience working with ADNOC, Qatar Petroleum, or PDO
• Strong knowledge of E&I, Mechanical, Civil, or structural equipment manufacturing
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand complex manufacturing processes
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
