About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining room to ensure timely and accurate service
- Act as the primary bridge between the kitchen and servers to guarantee successful service
- Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
- Ensure orders are prepared with the correct priority and facilitate smooth service flow
- Inspect premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist in cleaning
- Assist team members with the organization of kitchen items, equipment, and food deliveries

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
