Expediter

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for supplier expediting activities and monitor delivery performance.
• Proactively drive on-time project execution with a focus on piping materials, valves, and semi-finished products.
• Track supplier progress, analyze reports, and ensure transparency across all stakeholders.
• Participate in supplier kick-off meetings to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Contribute to performance review meetings and address risks early by escalating critical topics when necessary.
• Challenge supplier execution concepts and support timely, high-quality delivery guided by the project expediting plan.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in supply chain or project-related roles.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive "can-do" mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering, or risk management environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and functions.
