Responsibilities

• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Monitor delivery times and manage logistics timelines
• Maintain consistent and professional contact with suppliers
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure supply chain continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social or administrative areas
• Proven experience in a similar expediting or supply chain position
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (English interview required)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, functions, and charts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible schedules
