Expat Dispatcher Purchasing & Logistic control

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and warehouse storage management in a startup environment following a 6-month training period in Germany.
• Control urgent goods receipts physically and via SAP booking, and convert planned orders into supplier orders.
• Manage and correct inventory bookings, perform root cause analysis for discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliveries by managing postponements and coordinating critical delivery situations.
• Handle recovery activities for urgent or late buy parts to expedite the production process.

Requirements

• Vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk, industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification in materials management or logistics.
• Several years of practical experience in logistics or disposition.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Full willingness to relocate to Craiova, Romania, as part of an internationalization strategy.
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
