Responsibilities
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Own the full sales cycle and manage an account pipeline as a quota-carrying role
- Become a product expert to effectively communicate value
- Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Influence product development based on customer demands and needs
- Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive at a SaaS company
- Proven record of closing deals and over-achieving monthly quotas
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and self-learn
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment
- Availability to work remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday
