Responsibilities
- Create lists of potential restaurants and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closing
- Conduct product demonstrations and develop tailored solutions for prospective clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure sales promises are fulfilled
- Manage all sales activities using Salesforce CRM
- Monitor market trends and competition to ensure optimal positioning of Lightspeed
Requirements
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible personality
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate and persuade at all decision-making levels
- Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory for direct client contact
- General technical affinity and proficiency with software
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience in new customer acquisition or closing
- Experience in the gastronomy sector or with Salesforce CRM is a plus
