About the role
Responsibilities
- Own a book of commercial customers end to end to retain and grow them
- Identify expansion opportunities as customer usage outgrows current plans
- Partner with Customer Success and GTM teams to understand account health
- Utilize AI tools to build account plans and identify expansion signals
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to support complex account needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in expansion-focused account management
- Proven track record of managing renewal conversations
- Comfortable engaging with technical stakeholders like CTOs and VPs
- Strong interest in using AI tooling to optimize workflows
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving playbooks
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth
