Responsibilities

  • Own the full expansion and renewal sales cycle across an existing book of business
  • Identify and develop new growth opportunities by analyzing customer usage and mapping whitespace
  • Build and maintain executive relationships at the VP and C-suite level
  • Define and execute account strategies in partnership with Solutions Managers
  • Articulate Arize's technical and commercial value to both practitioners and decision-makers
  • Forecast accurately using key metrics and pipeline data
  • Maintain rigorous hygiene in Salesforce
  • Travel as needed to engage customers on-site

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of driving expansion and upsell revenue within Enterprise accounts
  • Experience selling AI/ML or data infrastructure software is a plus
  • Success building relationships within Global 2000 organizations
  • Expertise in developing multi-year account plans
  • Ability to manage a diverse pipeline of expansion opportunities
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Experience closing new business and selling through product-led growth
