Responsibilities
- Own the full expansion and renewal sales cycle across an existing book of business
- Identify and develop new growth opportunities by analyzing customer usage and mapping whitespace
- Build and maintain executive relationships at the VP and C-suite level
- Define and execute account strategies in partnership with Solutions Managers
- Articulate Arize's technical and commercial value to both practitioners and decision-makers
- Forecast accurately using key metrics and pipeline data
- Maintain rigorous hygiene in Salesforce
- Travel as needed to engage customers on-site
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of driving expansion and upsell revenue within Enterprise accounts
- Experience selling AI/ML or data infrastructure software is a plus
- Success building relationships within Global 2000 organizations
- Expertise in developing multi-year account plans
- Ability to manage a diverse pipeline of expansion opportunities
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Experience closing new business and selling through product-led growth
