Exotic Options Trader

Responsibilities

• Price complex derivatives and identify trading opportunities
• Strategically manage relationships with sell-side counterparties to access flow
• Collaborate with global options teams on idea generation and model development
• Contribute to strategic positioning across single stock and index options businesses

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in exotic options trading
• Strong quantitative skills in pricing complex derivatives
• Familiarity with the sell-side landscape and counterparty relationship management
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to travel to New York and London for multiple weeks per year

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming skills in Python
• Experience teaching others and a willingness to learn new techniques
