Exhibition Registrar

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate object location data in SAP and related systems
• Support intake, movement, staging, installation, and deinstallation of property
• Prepare movement documentation, transfer records, and condition notes
• Coordinate property and gallery readiness for exhibitions and client viewings
• Support site-specific movement controls and scan compliance at the Breuer
• Work cross-functionally with Logistics, Facilities, and Specialist departments
• Document and report incidents, discrepancies, or damage concerns

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in registrar, gallery, museum, or art logistics operations
• Experience working with fine art, luxury objects, or high-value inventory
• Familiarity with object traceability, inventory controls, and safe handling practices
• Proficiency using SAP, scan guns, or barcode systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication skills with strong judgment for risk escalation
