About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to exhibitors and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
- Process incoming client requests and generate exhibit orders using company systems.
- Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and provide technology solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between the operations team, sales managers, and customers.
- Coordinate customer requests for advanced technologies or customized services with hotel and operations teams.
- Manage account maintenance, including order entry, payment processing, and maintaining customer documentation.
- Ensure all exhibitor orders are finalized and paid in full, keeping Sales Managers informed of accounts receivable status.
- Travel to show sites as assigned to act as the onsite Exhibit Services Representative and manage the support desk.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in exhibit services, tradeshows, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Power Distribution practices.
- Experience with consultative sales or account management.
