Exercise Planner/Collection Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ISR planning and prioritize intelligence requirements to support operational objectives
• Synchronize collection activities and develop ISR synchronization products and reconnaissance tasking
• Conduct ISR planning in coordination with AOC RC SMEs and service LNOs
• Produce prioritized collection lists, ISR Synchronization Matrices, and RSTA Annexes
• Participate in exercise deliberate planning and execution at home station or TDY locations
• Ensure AOC RC intelligence replication requirements are prioritized and validated

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
• AS degree and minimum 3 years as CAOC/AOC CM, MAJCOM CM, or CM in joint environment
• 3 years as ISR Analyst, mentor, or instructor
• 3 years of current experience with AOC CM processes and TTPs
• Knowledge of coalition and multiservice collection platforms
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CM systems including PRISM and RMS
• Participation in two or more AOC/Joint exercises as CM, ISRLO, SIDO, or ISARC
• Experience as an exercise designer, planner, or director
• NAF-level experience

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree
• AFFOR or MAJCOM Staff experience
