About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute cyber training events and exercises to support Department of Defense (DoD) mission objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive exercise plans, including schedules, timelines, objectives, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, subject matter experts, and operational personnel to design and implement training.
  • Manage multiple projects and training initiatives simultaneously, ensuring adherence to mission requirements and priorities.
  • Develop realistic cyber training scenarios, exercise injects, and operational activities aligned with training goals.
  • Oversee logistical, administrative, and resource requirements necessary for successful event execution.
  • Monitor exercise execution, track action items, and support issue resolution.
  • Prepare after-action reviews, reports, and briefings to drive continuous improvement of training programs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on strategic planning, testing, and multidomain range integration.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Compliance with DoDM 8140.03 IAT II requirements.
  • Proven experience planning and managing cyber security training events within the DoD community.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and in team environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes and timelines.
