About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of major restaurant brands and partners through consultative relationship building and long-term trust development
- Perform analytical diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities and present the full product ecosystem including technology, financial, turbo, and hardware solutions
- Monitor daily business KPIs such as orders, revenue, conversion, cancellations, ROI, and investments
- Drive portfolio profitability through cross-selling and up-selling products, services, and investment levers
- Conduct opportunistic prospecting to map new strategic partners and business opportunities as a secondary focus
- Maintain a disciplined daily field visit routine to ensure partner proximity and results delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and local movements to adapt commercial strategies and maintain competitiveness
- Resolve complex conflicts and conduct negotiations consultatively with senior stakeholders
