Executivo de Contas Farmer

Responsibilities

• Manage an active portfolio of real estate partnerships, focusing on development, retention, and productivity growth.
• Conduct daily field work and in-person visits to strengthen relationships, provide training, and monitor operations on-site.
• Act as a business consultant by analyzing portfolio data to propose operational improvements and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate in a startup environment to build relationship processes and playbooks.
• Manage conflicts and resolve operational urgencies to ensure partner satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven commercial experience in B2B, Startups, or the Real Estate market.
• Analytical profile with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and control.
• High resilience, adaptability to change, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Full availability for field work and external activities in Goiânia.
