About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a strategic account portfolio of major brands and restaurant partners in São Paulo’s East Zone, focusing on consultative relationship-building and long-term trust with senior stakeholders
- Conduct analytical diagnostics and consultative sales to identify improvement opportunities and present the full iFood product ecosystem (technology, financial solutions, turbo, hits, kiosks, etc.)
- Monitor daily business performance indicators including orders, revenue, conversion, cancellations, support tickets, ROI, and investments
- Drive portfolio profitability through cross-selling and up-selling multiple products and services, securing investment and exclusivity levers to grow revenue
- Perform disciplined daily field visits to commercial partners to maintain proximity and deliver results
- Opportunistically map new business opportunities and strategic partners to complement account growth (Farmer/Grower profile), acting on leadership guidance
- Track market trends, competitors, and local movements to adapt commercial strategies and maintain price and offer competitiveness
- Lead complex conflict resolution, negotiations, and problem-solving with senior partner stakeholders in a consultative manner
Requirements
- Proven track record in strategic B2B account management or sales with large brands and restaurant chains
- Demonstrated ability in complex negotiations and consultative conversations with diverse senior stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset, self-management discipline, and relentless focus on exceeding targets and results
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly changing environments with emotional intelligence
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly present diagnostics and action plans
- Practical mastery of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM) and AI agents to optimize commercial processes, build efficient prompts, and enable data-driven decision making
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive) for tracking and consolidating business KPIs
