Responsibilities

• Actively prospect new Large Account clients through door-to-door visits, directed leads, and relationship building.
• Act as a consultant to understand client pain points and propose complete value-added solutions.
• Manage the entire sales funnel, from initial prospecting to closing and client onboarding.
• Maintain strategic relationships with clients and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor behavior, and growth opportunities within the Brasília region.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide expert consultation on Mercado Pago financial services, payment methods, and management software.

Requirements

• Must reside in Brasília.
• Completed university degree.
• Solid experience in B2B consultative sales within financial services, acquiring, or payment methods.
• Proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in negotiating and closing complex contracts.
• Availability for 100% field-based work (external).
• Must possess a personal vehicle and an active driver's license (CNH).
