Executive/Senior Executive – Supply Chain (Procurement/Purchase)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQs, negotiations, purchase order processing, and vendor coordination
• Identify and develop reliable suppliers for materials, components, and consumables
• Ensure on-time material availability to support production and project requirements
• Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and negotiation to achieve cost optimization
• Monitor supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery metrics
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and logistics
• Maintain procurement data, records, and reports in ERP systems
• Support new supplier onboarding and documentation in compliance with company and client standards

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchase, or Supply Chain
• Experience within automotive or consumer appliance industries
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and components
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
