Executive Vice President, Managed Services

Responsibilities

• Define and execute short- and long-term strategic, commercial, and financial objectives for Managed Services
• Build, lead, and scale Managed Services as a dedicated business area to drive revenue and profitability
• Own business performance including recurring revenue, margin improvement, and financial planning
• Develop business plans, operating models, and commercial frameworks in partnership with Sales and Finance
• Scale Managed Services through repeatable models, standardized processes, and automation
• Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and expansion

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in P&L ownership and operational scaling
• Strong experience in IT services, managed services, or cloud services
• Experience scaling commercial offerings or recurring revenue business models
• Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management and enterprise sales
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
