Responsibilities
- Drive talent acquisition efforts using social hiring platforms like LinkedIn to build effective and motivated teams.
- Manage employee relations by building value-added relationships with agency leadership and serving as an employee advocate.
- Provide HR counseling to employees and managers regarding conflict resolution, performance management, and policy compliance.
- Support HR operations, including compensation, organizational development, and talent management.
- Nurture a team-oriented environment through training, coaching, and mentoring to align employee interests with business goals.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an HR Executive role, specifically within a web or digital agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day HR duties autonomously without direct supervision.
- Significant experience in social hiring and utilizing LinkedIn for talent sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels of management.
