About the role
Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates and provide diverse slates of candidates for executive roles
- Provide recruitment and customer service for multiple client areas
- Partner with internal recruiters to define position requirements and talent mappings
- Deliver research-oriented talent insights and mapping projects
- Conduct upfront phone screens and recommend qualified candidates
- Maintain and update Workday and CRM databases accurately and timely
- Build and maintain active CRM talent pools to support future hiring needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven recruitment experience with a strong focus on sourcing
- Experience using Workday and CRM systems
- Ability to work in-office most days of the week at the Abbott Park campus
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Experience working within in-house corporate recruitment teams
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 client bases
- Experience supporting Director-level hiring and above
