Executive Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates and provide diverse slates of candidates for executive roles
• Provide recruitment and customer service for multiple client areas
• Partner with internal recruiters to define position requirements and talent mappings
• Deliver research-oriented talent insights and mapping projects
• Conduct upfront phone screens and recommend qualified candidates
• Maintain and update Workday and CRM databases accurately and timely
• Build and maintain active CRM talent pools to support future hiring needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven recruitment experience with a strong focus on sourcing
• Experience using Workday and CRM systems
• Ability to work in-office most days of the week at the Abbott Park campus
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the medical device industry
• Experience working within in-house corporate recruitment teams
• Experience supporting Fortune 500 client bases
• Experience supporting Director-level hiring and above
