About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to branch heads, including managing calls, emails, and staff engagements
  • Manage front desk operations, phone rosters, and visitor traffic
  • Organize group meetings, conferences, and special events for senior Navy officials
  • Manage complex leadership calendars and handle last-minute scheduling changes
  • Prepare, edit, and refine executive correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Manage sensitive and classified documents, ensuring secure processing and storage
  • Coordinate visitor requests (VAR) and greet external guests
  • Arrange travel logistics, itineraries, and travel claims for leadership
  • Provide technical support for SIPR Tokens, SVTC, RED, and MS Teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher (or held within the past two years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Fox It, and Visio
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with DoD, Navy officials, and senior leaders
  • Knowledge of Strategic Systems Programs and related technical terminology
