Executive - Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders, verify stock availability, and process entries in SAP
• Manage day-to-day customer queries, complaints, and issues regarding purchase orders and fulfillment
• Troubleshoot sales orders and implement process improvements to optimize order fulfillment
• Maintain master data accuracy, including Customer Master Data and Bill of Materials in SAP
• Coordinate with planners, customer service representatives, and logistics providers to optimize material movement
• Generate and analyze reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Process customer invoices via SAP billing and ensure timely delivery of products and documentation
• Follow QMS procedures and SOPs to ensure operational compliance and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, customer service, or order management
• Proficiency in SAP R/3 SD and CRM systems
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work in shifts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
