Executive - Spare Parts (Offer Management)

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for customers worldwide based on existing price lists
• Process spare parts orders and check for technical and commercial accuracy
• Advise customers and field staff by submitting solution proposals and clarifying technical matters
• Set deadlines based on documentation and internal requirements
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and cooperate with the export control officer
• Identify sales opportunities and support representatives in offering standard products and accessories

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in a commercial or industrial field
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
• Knowledge of device lists and parts lists
• Strong technical product knowledge with professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office, AS400, or Sales Manager Professional
