Executive Sous Chef

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative, high-quality menus reflecting culinary trends and seasonal ingredients
• Oversee day-to-day fine dining kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Lead, manage, and motivate the culinary team through training and professional development
• Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and sanitation
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor and control culinary costs and budgets to ensure waste reduction and efficiency
• Collaborate with brand partners and restaurant management to execute exceptional dining experiences
• Maintain strict compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Proven experience managing Michelin-star level restaurants
• Extensive experience leading and managing large culinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with brand partners
• Strong understanding of high-end culinary techniques and luxury service standards
