Executive Sous Chef

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department across multiple resort outlets to ensure high-level guest dining experiences.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide timely responses to inquiries or issues.
• Take full responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring all tasks are completed professionally and on schedule.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives to achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
• Collaborate with management to control costs and inventory while maintaining high productivity and performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Ensure strict adherence to all legislation, due diligence requirements, and best practices for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
• A hands-on approach with a proactive, "can-do" work style.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take full ownership of assigned tasks.
• Proficiency in using various IT systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Material Control (MC) systems is considered a significant advantage.
