Responsibilities

- Deliver on departmental plans, hotel initiatives, and targets
- Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, productivity, and performance levels

- Ensure compliance with all legislation, due diligence, and best practice activities for audits

- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
