Executive Sous Chef - Indo-Persian Cuisine

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative, high-quality Indo-Persian menus reflecting culinary trends and seasonal ingredients
• Lead, manage, and motivate the culinary team to achieve high performance and professional development
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fine dining kitchen, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, taste, and visual appeal
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment while monitoring and controlling culinary costs and budgets
• Maintain strict compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with restaurant management and other departments to execute successful dining experiences
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the culinary team

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining or luxury hospitality
• Proven experience managing Michelin-star level restaurants
• Extensive experience managing large teams and overseeing high-end culinary operations
• Strong ability to work with brand partners to create collaborative culinary experiences
