Executive Sous Chef - In-Room Dining

Responsibilities

• Innovate menus while adhering to the outlet concept and maintaining Wynn food quality standards
• Monitor and improve food quality consistency to enhance the overall customer experience
• Lead the culinary team by defining roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities while monitoring performance
• Ensure all staff follow safety standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe workplace
• Manage budgeted food costs and actively monitor labor costs, cost of goods, and other expenses
• Identify and report potential operational or safety issues promptly and decisively

Requirements

• Ability to perform high-quality culinary work with attention to detail, creativity, speed, and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to use creative and artistic approaches to plate presentations
• Proven experience in directing and leading staff in a professional kitchen environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and assist in all phases of the operation
