About the role
Responsibilities
- Innovate menus while adhering to the specific outlet concept
- Maintain and monitor consistent Wynn food quality standards to enhance customer experience
- Lead the culinary team by defining roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities
- Ensure staff conform to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Manage budgeted food costs and actively monitor labor and other operational expenses
- Identify and rectify potential workplace or environmental safety issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven ability to perform high-quality culinary work with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Demonstrated creativity and artistic approach to plate presentations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and mentor staff
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and assist in all phases of operation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet production schedules
