About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations for employee dining, ensuring cost-effective and efficient service delivery
  • Lead the development of monthly and seasonal menus tailored to employee preferences and operational goals
  • Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, taste, and presentation across all outlets
  • Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation protocols and drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide leadership to kitchen employees to foster a culture of culinary excellence
  • Manage kitchen administration, including inventory, procurement, and operational reporting
  • Monitor industry trends to propose adjustments to menus and pricing

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of culinary experience in a supervisory position
  • Secondary school graduate; culinary training or a degree is preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of diverse cooking styles and techniques
  • Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide large, diverse teams
  • Proficiency with MS Office is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
