About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and select executives, developing integrated annual communications plans
  • Own executive social media presence end-to-end including strategy, content calendars, copywriting, and community engagement
  • Shape the playbook for how Lyft leaders show up in the world, establishing tone and best practices
  • Develop thought leadership campaigns that position executives as industry leaders
  • Manage execution across external executive communications including media and speaking engagements
  • Design and execute digital strategy around executive events and appearances
  • Lead experimentation in emerging formats and platforms to expand reach and engagement
  • Track KPIs to measure impact and pivot strategy based on insights

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience supporting executives across both strategy and execution
  • Experience supporting individuals with a track record of impactful media placements and social growth
  • Ability to navigate between strategy, media relations, and social content execution
  • Content creation skills across copy, video, and visual formats
  • Ability to translate complex business ideas into clear, compelling narratives
