Executive - Security and Loss Prevention

Responsibilities

• Monitor stores and DCs through patrols and CCTV
• Detect and prevent theft, violations, and safety risks
• Ensure all security systems (cameras, alarms) are working properly
• Respond to incidents including theft, accidents, and violations
• Prepare daily logs and incident reports
• Preserve evidence and support investigations
• Conduct compliance checks and routine inspections
• Maintain records of audits and security activities
• Support inventory counts and identify shrinkage risks
• Recommend corrective actions when needed

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, or logistics
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong integrity and attention to detail
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Clear communication in Arabic and English
• Physically able to perform patrols (standing/walking for long periods)
