About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct executive secretarial support to the Board of Directors and leadership
- Manage and maintain complex executive agendas, prioritizing commitments and time organization
- Draft, review, and manage formal communications and correspondence in Portuguese and other languages
- Control, classify, distribute, and archive documents and sensitive information
- Filter emails and phone calls, directing demands effectively to the appropriate channels
- Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
- Support the preparation and organization of meetings, ensuring all necessary resources are available
- Coordinate with national and international suppliers, service providers, and stakeholders
- Receive and support visitors and strategic clients, managing necessary logistics and follow-ups
Requirements
- Degree in Executive Secretarial studies or related fields
- Proven experience providing support to high-level leadership
- Experience managing complex agendas and multiple simultaneous demands
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical conduct regarding sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English or Spanish at a conversational level is a plus
- Availability to reside in Recife, Brazil
